Due to the tumblers/waterbottles being customizable, there are no refunds or exchanges. Due to being handmade, there may be minor imperfections that are sometimes unavoidable.  All sales are final for customizable items. For ready-to-ship items, you can return the items within 14 days of your items being delivered.
